Updating your kitchen can be easy, and JRT Kitchen and Bath wants to help make it a fun and pleasurable experience for you. Kitchens can be updated with just a few simple procedures such as adding some hinges and hardware, new cabinet doors and drawer fronts, by refacing existing cabinetry, or painting. So, before you begin, it's a good idea to decide on the scope and magnitude of the update you want. Functionality should dictate the form of your kitchen. If you want to make changes or improvements in the functionality of your kitchen space, or change the location of your cabinetry, then replacing it may be preferable. If you're happy with the existing layout and work ability of your kitchen, updating your current cabinetry and adding some functional accessories is better. Don't worry, updating your current cabinetry can transform your kitchen into a showcase. You can reface your cabinets, or paint them and everyone will believe that you've installed completely new ones!
Please view the sections on refacing and painting. Enjoy!!!
First, we did away with the island creating more space. Relocating the refrigerator, adding appliance centers, roll out deep drawers, and glass doors made this small kitchen into a spectacular and functional "WOW" kitchen.
This outdated 70's kitchen was extremely non functional. The huge space hogging island and limited upper storage made this kitchen a "one bum kitchen".
